This article gives answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) players may have when using the ManaCube Store.

It typically takes between 1 and 20 minutes for your purchase to be received in-game. If it has been longer than 20 minutes, please check the email address provided to make sure the transaction has been processed.
If you do not receive an email, you either entered an incorrect email address or the transaction has not gone through. Please create a Support Ticket for assistance.
If you did receive an email, review the IGN (in-game name) provided and, if applicable, the server you chose during the purchase. If either are wrong, please create a Support Ticket and select the WebStore Support Department. Be sure to explain the circumstances and include your transaction ID (located on the email receipt).
NOTE: During peak times, such as the launch of a new season, transactions may take longer to process.

Requests to transfer ranks are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have lost access to your old account, please create a Support Ticket and select the WebStore Support Department. You must include the Transaction ID from your original purchase, the original IGN and the new IGN.
An admin will review your request to determine if the rank may be transferred.
Players will keep Global Rank purchases when servers reset. The Claim and Redeem section of the store allows you to reclaim Rank Purchases and titles.
Tangible items such as Infinity Chests, Mana, Epearls, etc. cannot be reclaimed.
It’s fine if you don’t have a PayPal account, we have payment methods which do not require a PayPal account.
You may check your gift card balance on the ManaCubeStore. Scroll to the bottom of the page and enter the code.
There are several possible reasons why you can’t claim your monthly reward(s):
Monthly Reward Keys are for donors only. Those who have used a Rank Upgrade Paper in-game are not eligible for this Reward.
Please make sure you correctly typed your user name. If you made a mistake, log out and then log back in with the correct in-game name.
Be sure you are claiming your Monthly Reward rather than trying to Reclaim your rank.
At peak times, such as immediately after server resets, it may take longer for your request to process. You can try giving it a little time.
TIP: When checking when you last claimed keys, using a purchase price of "0" can be helpful.
WARNING: Be sure you are in Normal World when claiming keys on Parkour. Keys received in Map Maker World cannot be used or moved to where they can be redeemed.
Players are able to check when they last claimed their monthly reward(s) using the Order History option on the store front page. You must know the email address used when claiming the keys.
There are several possible reasons a player may be banned from the Manacube Store:
You initiated a chargeback on ManaCube. This is not allowed and if you’re found doing so you will be permanently banned from our Store, In-Game and on Buycraft itself.
You initiated a chargeback on another server(s) and were banned from Buycraft. These bans can be reviewed on a case by case basis to determine if you can be unbanned from the Manacube Store. Please file a ban appeal.
You may share an IP with someone else who is banned. This can be another member of your household, dormitory or even someone else using the same VPN.
Someone else bought you a rank and then initiated a chargeback, either on ManaCube or another server. These bans can be reviewed on a case by case basis to determine if you can be unbanned on the Manacube Store. Please file a ban appeal.
In rare cases, players are banned from the ManaCube store due to severe violation of the rules. These players are also banned in game and can file a ban appeal.
Chargeback appeals are reviewed on a case by case basis. A ban appeal should be created with a detailed explanation of the circumstances and why you feel you should be unbanned. These cases require payback of all purchase costs, chargeback fees, and the approval of the owner.
You can buy two (2) unmutes and one (1) unban per year.
You can change your store currency by selecting the “Currency” dropdown on the store menu.
Patron/Patron+ are players who have generously supported the server. For the requirements and perks, please refer to the Patron/Patron+ article for more information.
The Black Market is a “secret” way to get items that boost the playability of each gamemode. There is a Black Market section for each server, except for Factions.
You can find the rank-up option inside the “Global Ranks” section. You will simply have to scroll towards the bottom of the options.
You can reclaim ranks you have purchased on the store by clicking the “Claim and Redeem” option and then “Reclaim Package”. It is free to reclaim your donator rank and you may do so as often as you want.
MineVast ranks can also be reclaimed using the “Reclaim Package” section of the ManaCube Store. The ranks and their perks were revamped due to EULA. When you reclaim your rank, you will be given information on the current perks.
The below shows the ManaCube rank that should be claimed based on your previous MineVast rank.

There is no set schedule for the release of Seasonal, Celebratory or Mystery Crates. While some tend to come yearly, others may never return. If you are interested in a crate, the best option is to purchase during its first release.
Yes, all donator ranks are global and provide benefits in each game mode. The perks for each rank can be found in the “Global Ranks” section.
Sales are offered throughout the year. They are typically tied to Holidays and Celebrations. Some sales are for specific items, while others provide a discount on everything in the store.
Allowing other players to purchase items, ranks or perks for you carries some risk. If they chargeback the purchase, you will lose the purchase and be banned from the ManaCube Store and from the network. If this happens to you, you may file a Ban Appeal. If possible, please provide information about who purchased the rank for you and when.
If other players wish to purchase items for you, a better option is to have them give you Cubits so you may make your own purchases on your own account.
Players without Elite rank may buy keys to trade for in-game currency or items. However, without the Elite rank they cannot use the keys to open Elite Crates.
