Towns can have one player or multiple and can be created with /town new [name]
for $5,000. Towns are used for sieging, completing quests, building, competing for /town top
to earn cubits and many more ventures. Creating a town also allows for you to have a safe space to protect your loot and builds so they aren't taken or destroy by other players.
Towns can be customized to suit each player or groups play style by using the town toggles, permissions, plot's and more to adjust the settings of your town these are explain further in the article below. Towns can also be used to create public builds and playershops for the whole realm to enjoy.
Players can be added to a town with the command /town invite [Name]
to accept the invite you must use /accept [Town Name]
you can also revoke a town invite with /town invite -[Name]
. To set a resident's town rank use the command /town rank add [Name] [Rank]
. The ranks are assistant, moderator, guard, helper, and sheriff. To adjust permissions for the default rank (Resident) do /town set perm resident [Perm]

You can trust a player to your town with /town trust <add/remove> <ign>
. Trusting a player to your town will give them access to build, destroy, itemuse, switch & kill in all claims of that town including plots. To view who is trusted in your town do /town trust list

To edit town permissions use the command /town set perm [permission]
. This command gives you options such as turning build/destroy on or off for residents, outsiders, allies, and nation members. You can also edit town permissions with /town toggle [permission]
to enable or disable things like mobs spawning, explosions, and fire spread.
/town set perm [permission]
CAUTION: Be careful when setting up permissions. We recommend you avoid giving the rank outsider any permissions.

R = Resident N = Nation A = Ally O = Outsider
You can set your town to open with /town toggle open
. This will allow any player to join your town without an invitation. To set your town to public use the command /town toggle public
this will allow any player to teleport to your town with /town spawn [town name]
.
To set a town to peaceful use the command /town toggle peaceful
this will take 5 days to take effect. Setting a town to peaceful disables the ability for that town to start sieges or be sieged by another town. A town set to peaceful will also not be dragged into a war started by the nation that player is in.
TIP: Setting your town to peaceful is recommended for players who just want to build and don't want to participate in PvP.
You can find your town bank by running the command /town
as shown in the photo below. Any member of a town can deposit money into the town bank by doing /town deposit <amount>
. While only town assistants or mayor can withdraw money from the town bank by doing /town withdraw <amount>
. All town bank transactions can be found in the /town bankhistory
. Money used to pay your towns siege cost if you are defending and daily upkeep is taken from the town bank. While any taxes charged to a town member will be placed into the town bank.
Town taxes can be set using /town set taxes <%>
this rate caps at 25%. The max amount of $ that can be taken from this percent can be set with /town set taxpercentcap <amount>
the maximum this can be set to is $10,000. Taxes are taken every night at 11:59pm EST and this money is added to the town bank.
Players can be outlawed from a town with /town outlaw add <ign>
or removed from the outlaw list with /town outlaw remove <ign>
. You can also view an outlaw list for your town with /town outlawlist
. If a player who is outlawed is killed inside the claims they are outlawed in they will be sent to that towns jail.
Towns can also merge with other towns with the command /town merge [other towns name]
the town will merge into the town of who issued the command. You will be charged $100/per plot owned by the town you are merging with.
