Party upgrades allow you to maximize the amount of money you make and improve the performance and efficiency of your farms. The upgrades are purchased with Mana and require you to have a certain amount of Party Levels.

¶ Placing Spawner Requirements
The ability to place spawners are unlocked automatically upon reaching certain Party Levels. By going into the Party Level GUI, you can hover over spawner icon and view information on Party Level Requirements. Spawners are not not able to be bought from the shop. You need to buy cores from /shop and craft them with fragments to craft spawners.
You are able to purchase spawner cores with any amount of Party Levels however you must reach the required Party Level to place a specific spawner type. If you attempt to place a specific spawner type whilst not having enough Party Levels, a message will pop up in chat and the spawner you tried to place will go back into your inventory.
